State of Emergency and Stay-At-Home Order

After declaring a second State of Emergency due to the COVID-19 Pandemic on January 12, 2021, the Ontario Government Issued a Stay-At-Home Order under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, updated the Stage 1 restrictions (currently applicable to the entire province) in effect under the Re-Opening Ontario Act, and enacted new enforcement regulations for police and provincial offences officers.  This infographic summarizes the changes.  To download in powerpoint format, click the icon above.

Ed Note (January 15, 2021):  Regulation 82/20 which includes all of the rules for Stage 1 has been updated to include the most recent restrictions.
